My Friends Finds
This Scottsbluff was found by
Rodney Fant, in Cass County,
Texas.  Rodney said it was like it
called out to him!  He said he was
walking past it, when he stopped,
and turned to his right, and saw the
tip sticking out of the clay!  He
reached down, worked it out, and
went home!  He said his day was
made!  Nice find Rodney!  My day
would have been made too!
Harold Henderson found this in
Marion County, Texas.  It is just
over 4 inches long, and is fantastic!
It is made of highly patinated
Edwards Plateau Chert, and is of
Museum quality.  Harold found this
in 1998......just 3 days after his
birthday!  What a belated Birthday
present!!!!!!!!!!  Posted 6/13/06
Carlos Black found this in Kauffman
County, Texas in 2006!  High Plains
Folsoms are not commonly found in
that area.  The material is Uvalde
Gravel Chert......and it is a Gem!
What a find!  Keep up the good
work Carlos!
This Scottsbluff was found by
Brianna Ebarb, in Sabine Parrish,
La.  It was found in Jan-2006.  It is
5.5 inches long, and is perfect!
The base has cutting marks, which
indicate that it was cut from the haft
at some time.  It has excellent
patination, and is of Museum
Quality!
